The Humantay Lagoon is formed as a product of the melting of a large snow-capped mountain that in turn is part of a mountain range called the Vilcabamba mountain range. It is majestic because of its natural color, since it does not have much marine flora in its waters, it has a turquoise color, forming a unique and unforgettable landscape of turquoise.
We will start the day with the pick up from the hotel from 4:30 to 5:00 am. To then go by bus for 2 hours and a half approx. from the city of Cusco to the town of Mollepata, it is at a height of 2680 meters above sea level. In this town we will enjoy our delicious breakfast, then we will continue the trip by bus for about an hour. until we reach Soraypampa (3900 masl) where we will start our adventure towards Laguna Humantay (4200 masl to start with the walk of 1 hour and 20 minutes approx. Where we will be able to appreciate the wonderful landscape, flora and fauna. And we will have the opportunity to observe the beautiful landscape of the turquoise Humantay Lagoon.Later we will return to the city of Cusco at an average of 5:00 to 6:00pm
