This tour starts at approximately 08:00 hrs. and ends at 7:00 p.m., we will stop by your hotel, to have a guided tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, on the Vilcanota River, for a panoramic view of the Inca citadel of Pisac and visit the typical Indian market of Pisac , where we will have the opportunity to learn about the customs of its inhabitants and haggle prices with the vendors, then we will go to the City of Urubamba, traveling along the Vilcanota River, returning to Cusco between 6:30 p.m. to 6:40 p.m. .
From 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., we will go through your respective hotel to pick you up, immediately we will start our trip to the Sacred Valley of the Incas on the way we will be able to appreciate the famous viewpoints of Corao and Taray, continuing with the tour we will visit to the archaeological site of Pisaq and the typical market of Pisaq, the name derives from the Quechua word ‘Pisaca’ which means ‘Partridge’, it is believed that the archaeological site has the shape of a partridge. It is recognized for its system of platforms and its carved stone enclosures, a residential settlement and the largest Inca cemetery (the oldest in South America).
Later we will go to Urubamba, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. Once our lunch is over, we will immediately go to the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, where we will be able to appreciate the famous terraces, temple of the sun and learn a little more about the forms of construction used by the Quechuas. Finally, we will go to Chinchero, where we can visit the church and admire the paintings, sculptures, and altars that bear witness to the history of the building since its construction in the 17th century. Back in Cusco, the vehicle will leave us at a point near the Plaza de Armas.
